These terms apply to your use of the wolty.ai website. By using the website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CIOCA ENTERPRISES SRL, trading as RiseUp Solutions, with its registered office at 3 Costache Negri Street, Sibiu, Sibiu County, 550402, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. 2. What the website is
The website presents the Wolty platform and lets you request a demo. No contracts are concluded and no payments are made on the website. Access to the platform is granted only under a separate contract, with its own terms.
3. Information and prices on the website
The descriptions, examples and prices shown are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. The examples in the demo window use fictional data. Final commercial terms (including price, VAT, duration and number of users) are set by contract.
4. Permitted use
You agree not to misuse the website: not to send automated or fake requests, not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems and not to disrupt the operation of the website.
5. Intellectual property
The Wolty name, the texts, the design and the other elements of the website belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.
6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are to be settled amicably and, if that is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
