What does “AI Business Hub” mean?
A single AI layer on top of the company's systems (ERP, CRM, email, documents, databases), with six components: Assistant, Control, Knowledge, Agents, Workflows and Connections. Instead of going through ten applications, you work from one place. More about what Wolty is.
Do we have to give up our ERP or other systems?
No. Wolty sits on top of the systems you already have and makes them work together. Nothing is moved, nothing is replaced.
What can Wolty connect to?
Your ERP, mailboxes, documents, files and other internal systems. We connect only the sources you need and extend as Wolty takes over more processes.
How is Wolty different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
ChatGPT and Copilot answer from general knowledge and from what you type. Wolty is connected to the company's systems: it answers from the real numbers, follows each person's permissions, shows the source and can carry out steps in processes, with confirmation.
What is the difference between agents and workflows?
A workflow is a step-by-step process defined by the company, with approvals: it runs the same way every time. An agent has a role and a goal (sales, finance, purchasing): it follows what belongs to it, proposes and prepares, within its role, and a person approves anything that goes outside.
Does Wolty only answer questions?
No. It analyses data, runs calculations, generates spreadsheets and reports, prepares email replies, finds new clients and carries out approved actions, with your confirmation where it matters.
Can Wolty make things up?
Wolty answers based on your company's information, shows its sources and checks the numbers before answering. If information is missing, it says so instead of filling the gap with guesses.
Is company data used to train the AI?
No. Data is used only to run Wolty and stays separate and under your company's control.
Who can see the information?
Everyone sees only what their role allows. Access is separated by users, roles and departments, according to your company's rules.
Where is the data stored?
In a European cloud or, depending on your infrastructure and requirements, on-premises. Your company keeps control over where it is stored and who can access it.
How do we start?
With a 30-minute conversation. We pick a real case, connect what is needed, put Wolty to work and measure the result before expanding.
