About the product

What is Wolty?

Wolty is an AI Business Hub for companies, developed by RiseUp Solutions (CIOCA ENTERPRISES SRL) in Romania: the AI layer that connects on top of the existing ERP, CRM, email, documents and databases, so company information can be accessed, analysed and used through artificial intelligence — from one place.

Wolty works on top of the systems a company already has: it does not replace them and does not move the data out of them. People work from a single conversation, and every answer shows the source of its information.

Platform

What is Wolty made of?

Six components, each with a clear role. Together they are the company's AI layer: ask, track, know, delegate, automate — on top of the existing systems.

Assistant

Ask the company in plain language and get the answer from its data, with the source in plain sight. A chat connected to your ERP, CRM, email and documents, not to the internet: real numbers, calculations, comparisons between periods, spreadsheets and reports generated from the data, drafts of emails and documents. When it does not know, it says so.

“Where are we losing margin this month?”

Control

The management panel: revenue, collections, margins, clients at risk, suppliers, targets and KPIs, up to date. Wolty watches changes and anomalies and brings them to people as alerts and scheduled briefings — before the end-of-month report.

“What changed in the company since yesterday?”

Knowledge

Contracts, procedures, offers and internal files become a knowledge base with permissions: what the contract says, what the procedure is, what was decided. Wolty remembers what it learned about the company and uses it in the next answers.

“Which contracts expire in the next 60 days?”

Agents

An AI agent for every person and every department (sales, finance, purchasing). They follow what belongs to their role and bring people what needs to be done: a client who went quiet, an unpaid invoice, an offer to prepare. They propose and prepare; anything that goes outside leaves with a person's approval.

“Client Delta has gone quiet for 40 days.”

Workflows

Repetitive processes, step by step, with approvals. You define the process (when, what, who approves) and Wolty runs it in the connected systems: creates records, sends emails, generates documents, updates statuses. Every step stays in the log.

From information to action.

Connections

Wolty reads and, where allowed, writes to your existing systems: ERP, CRM, databases, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, email, files, other systems via API. Only what is needed is connected, with the company's permissions.

Nothing is moved, nothing is replaced.

The category

What is an AI Business Hub?

A system that brings a company's data and processes (ERP, CRM, email, documents, databases) together in one place and puts on top of them an artificial intelligence that knows the company's context: what each person is allowed to see, where each piece of information comes from, what can be done in each system.

Compared with ChatGPT or CopilotA regular AI answers from general knowledge and from what you type. The hub works on the company's real data, with its permissions and with actions in its systems.
Compared with an ERP, a CRM or a BI toolThe hub does not keep the records in their place and is not one more dashboard. It connects them, answers from them and does the work between them.
Compared with an automation toolAutomation is one of the components (Workflows), not the product. The hub adds the context: who, what, why, with which source, with which approval.

Connections

Which systems can Wolty connect?

The categories of systems Wolty sits on top of. Sources are connected only as they are needed and extended as Wolty takes over more processes.

ERP

Sales, stock, invoices, costs: the management system stays the source of truth.

CRM

Clients, opportunities and the history of every relationship.

Databases

SQL and other internal databases, read directly, with the rights set by the company.

Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

Your teams' files, lists and documents, where they already are.

Email

The company's mailboxes, read in the context of clients and orders.

Other systems

In-house applications and services, via API, as needed.

Compatible vendors are confirmed during the demo conversation, depending on each company's infrastructure. Integration with the ERP and existing systems is part of the Enterprise plan.

The big questions

Does Wolty replace the ERP or the CRM?

No. Wolty sits on top of the systems a company already has and makes them work together. Nothing is moved and nothing is replaced: the ERP stays the ERP, the CRM stays the CRM, and Wolty is the layer that connects them and does the work between them.

How is Wolty different from a general AI chatbot?

A general AI model answers from what it learned during training and from what the person types. It has no access to the company's ERP, email or contracts, does not know who is allowed to see what, and cannot carry out anything in the company's systems.

Wolty reads data from the connected systems, follows roles and permissions, shows the source of every answer, checks the numbers before answering and can prepare or carry out approved steps. When information is missing, it says so.

How does Wolty use company data?

Data is used only so Wolty can work for the company; it never trains AI models. Access follows users, roles and departments, and agents work within the same limits. Data lives in a European cloud or, depending on infrastructure and requirements, on-premises — the company decides. Every number has a source; actions ask for confirmation where it matters and stay in the log.

Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

What kind of company is Wolty for?

Companies — first of all small and medium-sized businesses in Romania — that run several systems and lose time moving information between them. Plans start from 15 employees (Standard, Professional) and from 30 (Enterprise). There is also a programme for accountants and accounting firms.

There is no payment on the website: every collaboration starts with a 30-minute conversation about a real case.

Who develops Wolty?

Wolty is developed by RiseUp Solutions, the trading name of CIOCA ENTERPRISES SRL, a company registered in Romania (tax ID / CUI 54396908), based in Sibiu. RiseUp Solutions is the company; Wolty is its product. The company's full registration details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Have another question? We answer directly, in writing or by phone.

What is Wolty, in short?

Wolty is an AI Business Hub for companies: the AI layer that connects on top of the existing ERP, CRM, email, documents and databases, with six components — Assistant, Control, Knowledge, Agents, Workflows and Connections.

Is Wolty an ERP?

No. Wolty does not replace the ERP; it connects to it and to the company's other systems. The records stay in the ERP; Wolty does the work between systems.

How is Wolty different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

ChatGPT and Copilot answer from general knowledge and from what you type. Wolty is connected to the company's systems: it answers from the real numbers, follows each person's permissions, shows the source and can carry out steps in processes, with confirmation.

What is the difference between agents and workflows?

A workflow is a step-by-step process defined by the company, with approvals: it runs the same way every time. An agent has a role and a goal (sales, finance, purchasing): it follows what belongs to it, proposes and prepares, within its role, and a person approves anything that goes outside.

What can Wolty connect to?

ERP, CRM, databases, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, email mailboxes, documents and files, as well as other internal systems via API. Sources are connected only as they are needed.

Is company data used to train the AI?

No. Data is used only to run Wolty and stays separate and under the company's control.

Where is the data stored?

In a European cloud or, depending on infrastructure and requirements, on-premises. The company keeps control over where it is stored and who can access it.

How much does Wolty cost?

The Standard plan is €50 per user per month, the Professional plan €100 per user per month (both from 15 employees), and the Enterprise plan is priced on request (from 30 employees). There is no payment on the website; it starts with a 30-minute demo.
